Kori Trek

An awesome, less touristic & camping trek in Nepal is Kori Trek. This trekking route is in the central point of Nepal. Kori dada with the altitude of 3800m lies in the Annapurna Region Surrounded with the exotic view of mount Annapurna II, Machhapuchhre and mount lamjung. This trek offers the exotic Gurung culture, encountered with the wildlife such as Danfe, Himalayan Tahr and musk dear along with the scenic beauty of 6 to 7 species of rhododendron. While Walking on the trial Nepal’s lowest glacier lake with the altitude of 2450m known as kapuche can also be done as a side trip for a day.

Day 01: Drive from Pokhara to Sikles (3-4 hrs drive) and explore around the gurung village,

Day 02: Trek from sikles to Hugu Goth (2026 m)  (5-6 hrs) walk,

Day 03: Trek to kapuche lake (2450 m) and get back to Hugu Goth (5-6 hrs) walk,

Day 04: Trek to Nohta (3050m) from Hugu Goth (5-6 hrs) walk,

Day 05: Trek to Kori Danda (3800m) from Nohtha (5-6 hrs) walk, 

Day 06: Exploration around Kori and trek to Thulek (4115 m),

Day 06: Trek back to Sikles and drive back to Pokhara.
